Utility Office
Information
The hours for the Utility Office are Monday-Friday, 8:00A.M. to 4:30 P.M.
If you have questions regarding your bill, please call 918-287-3040.
If you are having problems with your electric or water service after hours, call 918-287-3260.
In case of an emergency, please call the Police Department at 918-287-4545.
Bills are mailed the first of each month, and are due upon receipt. If you do not receive your bill by the 10th of the month, you should call the Utility Office.
You are responsible for paying the bill, without penalty, by the 20th, even if it does not reach you by mail.

CUT-OFF Procedures
All bills are due on the 20th of each month. A 10% penalty is added if not paid by the due date.
On the 21st of each month, a cutoff notice will be issued and mailed.
Your account will be charged $5.00 for this notice.
THIS WILL BE THE LAST NOTICE YOU WILL RECEIVE.
If payment is not received in full or other arrangements made for payment BEFORE the cutoff date printed on the notice, your service will be disconnected.
