Activity Hall
Capacity: 84 people with tables and 110 people without tables.
- Rental Fee: $75.00 per day.
- Cleanup deposit: $100.00 per day.
- Rental Fee includes coffee and tea. The Community Center has cups, sweetener, creamer, and stir sticks available to the renter.
- The Cleanup Deposit is refundable if the activity hall is completely cleaned. The activity hall must be inspected before the deposit can be refunded. The renter must submit (2) separate checks to the City of Pawhuska: one for $75.00 and one for $100.00 at the time an event is scheduled.
Carl Short Conference Room
Capacity: 15 people
- Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. No charge (without drinks).
- With coffee and tea, charge is $25.00.
- During weekends, holidays and after business hours there is a rental fee of $25.00 per day.
The Community Center is not available after 10:00 p.m. Alcohol is not allowed. Reservations are not confirmed until both the Rental Fee and the Cleanup Deposit are paid in full. The Community Center is for non-profit use only. Please call for any further questions or to make a reservation.
